Our Declaration consists of 10 items that highlight the essential points from the 18 items outlined in the Daigas Group Code of Business Conduct (the “Code”).

  • Ⅲ. We comply with the laws and regulations of each country and region where we operate, and we respect international standards, including those on human rights.
  • Ⅳ. We give proper consideration to the environment in every aspect of our business activities.
  • Ⅴ. We conduct fair business transactions through fair competition.
  • Ⅵ. We provide high-quality products and services at reasonable prices and strive to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ⅶ. We maintain our association with our business partners within the legally and socially allowable range.
  • Ⅷ. We recognize the value and importance of information and handle and disclose it appropriately.
  • Ⅸ. We refuse to associate with anti-social groups and individuals.
