Principle and Outline
The Daigas Group is endeavoring to create workplaces where human rights are respected and employees can work with peace of mind, as indicated in "Our Declaration," the abridged version of the Daigas Group Code of Business Conduct, which states "We will achieve a workplace where human rights are respected and employees can work in comfort and with peace of mind."
In hiring, we place importance on matching the aptitude and desired duties of each individual with the abilities and employment requirements demanded by the company. In addition, through our periodic Employee Attitude Surveys, we are able to ascertain whether or not the workplace environment is actually conducive to continued work for our employees.

Creating a Good Work Environment
As of March 31, 2022, the average length of service at Osaka Gas was approximately 17.5 years, which exceeds the average length of service of 17.4 years for companies with 1,000 or more employees (based on the 2021 Comprehensive Survey of Wages and Conditions conducted by the Central Labour Relations Commission). The turnover rate of our employees under 50 years of age is low at 1.30%, which we believe is a result of our ongoing efforts to increase employee value by providing various growth opportunities for our employees and improving the workplace environment.
