Regenerative Burner-type Melting Furnace for Non-ferrous Metal: “ECOMELTER”
Overview
Osaka Gas has developed “ECOMELTER”, which is a regenerative burner-type melting furnace for non-ferrous metals, for use as a melting and holding furnace widely used in the non-ferrous metal melting industry, such as aluminum die casting, using the company’s ultimate energy-saving technology. The self-regenerative burner SREG-100K was developed for specific use and achieved 35% energy saving compared to the conventional unit. With the design focused on compactness and safety of the unit, cost reduction and maintainability are achieved by utilizing all-purpose components.
